Will You Be Sweet Georgia Brown's Valentine?

Happy Valentine's Day!

Well, an earlier post stated that my sweetheart doesn't believe in Valentine's Day and therefore I didn't expect to receive any flowers or candy today, but I need to retract that statement. While I didn't receive my flowers today, I was pleasantly surprised yesterday when I received 18 long stem red roses in a beautiful pink vase delivered to my office with a note attached that brought me to tears. He is so special!

And today, my Sweet Georgia Browns chocolate that I ordered for myself will be delivered as well so I will get to taste them for the first time and let you know what I think about the chocolates named after my book. Sweet Georgia Brown has a restaurant named after her and a box of chocolates. I guess she really is a household name (LOL).

But just because Georgia didn't get anything from Marvin doesn't mean you won't get anything for Valentine's day from us.

How to enter the Sweet Georgia Brown Valentine's Day Contest

Please listen to the Writer's Interlude interview by clicking on the box of chocolates below and comment on the following:

1) Do you think Marvin truly loved Georgia?

2) Which two characters did I enjoy developing the most and why?

Then, from the book, Sweet Georgia Brown, answer this question:

1) Briefly summarize what happened in the chapter Will You Marry Me at the restaurant. Please include the name of the restaurant as well.
Please do not post answers here. Simply email your response to newfictionwriter@msn.com

The first five to email me the answers newfictionwriter@msn.com will receive a box of Sweet Georgia Browns. (Okay, so they won't arrive on Valentine's Day, but something else will but I'm not telling you what that is just yet.)
  1. Exclusive to members of TPL http://www.thepeopleslounge.com/ and Shelfari.com http://www.shelfari.com/ Include the link to your TPL or shelfari.com page and one TPL member or Shelfari.com member will receive a basket of Goodies valued at $100.00 along with a bonus gift. A total $175 value.

Deadline for entries: 11:59 p.m.

Guess what I'm eating? That's right, a Sweet Georgia Brown. Fedex delivered my box of chocolates about ten minutes ago. They are delicious!!! They are shipped ice packed so you really should wait about twenty minutes if you can, but I couldn't. Eight big pieces come in a box. I've already had three so I'm about to stop and put the rest up.
